Who We Are
About Us
Value Oriented People (VOP) designs and delivers innovative solutions for society to benefit future generations. VOP designs the concept and prepares a proposal which is presented to potential investors or buyers. These decision makers own, or are executives or board members of multi-national organisations, or country leaders. When an investment is finalised, VOP can continue in an advisory role and assist in the delivery of the concept. VOP is an ideas company that plans strategically, thinks creatively, designs solutions, and delivers outcomes to advance our society.
Creative Solutions
The team at Value Oriented People have developed proposals to create solutions for society in areas such as health and nutrition, family values, personal protection, immigration, and fashion, as well as the expansion of a new sporting code. Due to the confidentiality and sensitive nature of these proposals, the details are unable to be shared in a public forum, however we can provide more details in a personal conversation.
Dr Chivonne Algeo
Managing Director
Chivonne’s capabilities and skills enable her to recognise opportunities that align strategically with an organisation’s vision to achieve exceptional results through and with their people. She has honed her approach leading innovative programs in corporate organisations, not-for-profits, entrepreneurial start-ups, higher education and creative agencies in Australia and internationally. The teams Chivonne has led throughout her career have supported, critiqued, advised and delivered strategically innovative outcomes across a range of industry sectors. Chivonne has delivered company mergers and acquisitions, created higher education programs, and developed new insurance and superannuation products. Chivonne has a PhD and a Masters degree in project management, both from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
Troy Pickwick is an Australian Aboriginal man (Goreng Gorang and Mununjali) who has created innovative solutions for diverse sectors, nationally and internationally. He has worked with Governments (State and Federal), multi-national organisations, and universities, where he lectured at Masters level, and coordinated students and remote education. Troy was the Director of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Unit for the Australian Federal Police where he became the Director of Equity and Diversity. He has worked in areas such as forestry, agriculture, museums, film, housing, and renewable energy. Troy has a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) and a Master of Art (Indigenous Social Policy), both from the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
